My overall experience here is ok. The base pay is not consistent with location. They pay all employees throughout the US the same base pay. The commission is never what they make it seem. After hitting over 150% of quota it was "pro-rated" due to budget cuts with no explanation and only received 89%. The leadership and development opportunities are great. Just wish they valued providing a living wage and earned opportunities to all employees.

The product has not been updated in years, and marketing efforts are low. Reps are more glorified BDRs than AEs, as you are scraping for leads 90 percent of the time—too many reps fishing in the same pond.

Great product in the market with good training and sales development. Top performers make a ton of money, but quotas are difficult to hit. Performance is largely based off prospecting, finding your own accounts and breaking in. If you can get in front of the right accounts, you can access the aggressive accelerators and make 3-4x your base salary.
