Do reps get to sell across the entire portfolio of brands/products or is there specialization? Thanks!

No. You are siloed to specific product areas.

No, cybersecurity sells only cybersecurity.  One department doesn't know what the other is doing.  Multiple Salesforce instances across the company.  If you're talking to a prospect about Security, you may not see that they are already an OpenText customer elsewhere or who that rep is.  Embarrassing as hell!!

The best reps coordinate with other business units to provide a better vision, which makes us more effective.  This is great since most companies own something from OT already.  For the largest accounts, there is a global account director and there are lead AEs as well who do cover every product.

There are roughly 9 business units in opentext you will be part of one. You can find other opps for the other business units and agree a deal split of 25 to 50%, and you will need to do this to do your number which means you will need to navigate the seas of OpenText.

You sell within your unit be it Content or Cybersecurity.  You can coordinate on some deals but it depends on your Account Director.

There is specialisation aligned to product BUs (Business Units) although there are moves to orient around customers with a "Lead AE" program and there are split + referral programs in place to encourage collaboration across specialists.
