Plenty of people on the payroll but there is no leadership at OT. This company is nothing more than a holding company thinly vailed as a technology and services company. Revenue growth is achieved only from revenue acquisition. Positive EBITA is achieved by massive personnel cuts. Service to customers can only be described as deplorable. AEs are only there to clean up messes. They are not be valued regardless of their contribution.

They have so many business unit. It depends which team to sell for and what territory you get, some BU aren't evolving and being competitive to current market, hence they are losing somewhat recognition in an specific sector.
