OpenText did not care what the former MicroFocus sales leaders recommended. They changed the GTM, cut product engineering resources and rebranded everything. It didn't end well.

The company is a house of brands and not cohesive in the slightest. It is incredibly unorganized internally. You will have customers on multiple Salesforce's, and will not be able to see those across different business units. Unrealistic OTE, most reps do not hit quota. In addition, quota multiple of c. x 16 of base. Between 5% - 10% commission rate paid on new business. Products generally older and less competitive.
