Current Employee My overall experience has been positive. It’s a good company with a lot of potential, and I’ve been able to achieve success here because of the strong solutions and talented people across the organization. That said, some business units could benefit from more focused attention and additional resources to fully realize their potential. One major challenge has been marketing, several BUs don’t receive the level of support or budget needed to effectively reach and impact the market. Addressing these gaps would not only accelerate growth but also help the sales organization maximize its performance.
