"Oracle UAE has been an excellent workplace for several reasons: Pros: Strong SaaS offerings with a proven product-market fit. Robust pre-sales support and consultants, who help the seller to secure significant deals. Opportunities for internal movement due to the numerous business units. Cons: Internal competition can hinder personal growth and development, as colleagues often compete internally rather than with external competitors. License audits occasionally strain customer relationships. HR processes could be more efficient, leaving much to the discretion of managers. Enhancing diversity in the enterprise segment is an area that could be addressed. Frequent structural changes can create uncertainty regarding future roles."

I was acquired into Oracle from a Start up. Start up was great. New division we worked in was great. Oracle mothership was not.

Good place to start your career and learn the ropes of tech sales. However, upward mobility in my experience has been horrible. When I finally did get a promotion, I ended up making less money than I did in my previous role.
