Current Employee Good place to start your career and learn the ropes of tech sales. However, upward mobility in my experience has been horrible. When I finally did get a promotion, I ended up making less money than I did in my previous role. I joined a new org at the start of the fiscal year and the bonus structure was absolutely awful so I quit. Literally made 4-5x more in bonus in my previous role, so it was not much of a "promotion."
