Reorg every year leading to change in your role and territory. You can keep changing teams to stay afloat. Territories are very skewed and a matter of luck. No annual raise.

My experience with Oracle wasn't great, from a sells perspective. The training you receive is second-to-none, but the sales culture is more "stab your partner in the back to win a deal". I had several deals stolen from me right before signature, because someone knew a higher VP and knew the internal politics. The pricing strategy was also flawed.
