The overall sales experience at Oracle boils down to Team, Territory, and Timing. If those 3 are positive, you have tremendous earning potential. Otherwise, it can be a slow, fruitless experience. Job opportunities are not created equal, but the good reps are able to make the most of the opportunities they are given. Leadership on the first line manager level has been solid, but the further up the chain you go, the more detached you will find your leaders.
