The pay structure was purely based on quarter bonuses aside from the base. If ht company does well no matter your division, you are put into a pool. BDC's have seen anywhere between 3-15k in bonuses.

Overall, this experience was good. There was many things that frustrated me about the role, but it is a good product with reasonable metrics/expectations. There is definitely greener grass out there, but many who quickly left regretted it.

The products are fantastic and there is tons of innovation. However, it's imperative that you find a good management team at Oracle! Lots of changes in FY26- migrating to an account management vs. greenfield model and those with the account management role have a very limited set of accounts.
