They have removed middle management that was an unneeded layer now that data availability has improved. There is now pure segmentation between Greenfield (New Logo) vs Farm (install expand + on-prem clients). Long term this will help define the culture correctly by having leaders who are familiar with hunting lead and vice versa on farm as very different styles.
