A company with very good benefits, some of the best I've ever had. As for the work environment, it's very bad. Different departments cannibalize each other, and sometimes your own bosses are the worst. I'd say it's a demanding and exhausting environment where you always have to watch your back. As for internal tools, they do exist, you just have to look for them. There is company support, and growth is limited but very stable. There are hardly any layoffs. I'd give it a 3.8 overall.
