Former Employee My overall experience was mixed. Oracle has strong brand recognition and a huge product portfolio, which can open doors with enterprise customers. However, the internal sales process is highly complex, often slow, and makes it difficult to get deals across the finish line. Compensation structure is heavily weighted on attainment but lacks flexibility, and navigating the internal ecosystem takes a lot of energy away from selling.
