If you’re looking to make changes/improvements and help departments grow it’s a lost cause. Too many handcuffs and promotion raises are below standard. Majority of people leave and come back a few years later to see bigger pay bumps.

Current Employee1.9Nov 30, 2023My overall experience was that the product mix (On-Premise Solutions) were in demand, but the quotas were set to be very unrealistic and leadership said a "good" year is if you can achieve 50% of quota.
