Oracle has good benefits and flexibility, but poor communication and direction from leadership. Processes are constantly changing and the sales tools do not integrate well across systems.

Great director level and GVP level leadership. Mix between great managers. Internal politics details the sales process significantly. Often more internal fighting than collaboration.
