Change is the ony thing constant at Oracle. Continuous changes in metrics, career opportunities, and territories brings down the morale and makes it difficult to maintain the drive to go above and beyond. The culture is fantastic and work life balance is great, though the leadership can be out of touch with their expectations.

There are pockets in Oracle that are great. But the mass disorganization at scale that happens and creates unnecessary barriers to the selling and buying process can get nearly unbearable at times. The quotas are not really backed in any form of reality, they have more than tripled since I got here but the compensation does not match if anything it has gotten worse.
