My overall experience with Oracle is good, however the sales training is insufficient and you are left alone regarding hitting your qouta - not much help. The salary is good - in relation to reaching qouta/target, getting your bonus - it depends a lot on what you are selling in the organization. Some line of business is almost impossible to be successful in.

management is questionable. I sold erp, epm, scm, hcm , and cx in my role so your product/industry knowledge is definitely more broad than narrow.
