Pretty mid. Comp plans get shittier every year in terms of quota increases and % decreases. Got hit with a 2.5x quota hike this fiscal year. Base salary is less than competitive. Still can make a great living here.

BU leadership is, at best, spotty. Reorganizations seem to occur every 15 minutes. I guess they substitute reorganizations for sound leadership. “Gotta seem to be doing something, no?”

many people were laid off and they put SDRs in bad situations and territories where hitting their number was never possible.
