Loved working at oracle. Started right out of college as a BDC and was promoted into an account manager position. Loved the people I worked with and my managers, but the base pay was absolute garbage and I got no base pay raise even with a promotion. There’s a cap on salary increases for internal promotions, but none for external hires. Really bad business model that creates an environment where it’s clear employees are expendable and not valued by upper management. Really good sales training right out the gate and lots of hand holding for people new to the industry and sales. Overall good experience for a first job out of college, but wouldn't go back now.
