No real clue how territories are created or leadership chosen. Culture is a but only a word here, as it is never practiced. If you are lucky to land in a select one or two orgs, you can make respectable money. The other 65-70% will make a tiny monthly commission, if at all. Executive leadership will find a way to make it as hard as possible to earn any real money YoY. Add-in the leadership style of micromanagement and “do as I say and not as I do”, then you have place I would seriously reconsider ever joining.

Really enjoyed my 3 1/2 years here. Oracle gave me a chance to get into technology sales and will always love them. Had some great years and made more money than I ever imagined I could make. Sometimes I wish I never left but got into the core tech org and it was a disaster. Someday I hope to come back.
