Oracle has been in an industry focused territory segmentation for the ME and LE space but management shifts reps from one industry to another after one year. This movement defeats the purpose of the sales rep from becomes an industry expert.

Positive, was always a high performer but was laid off while others that did not perform were left so they really do not care for the individual.
