The compensation structure for sales engineers was borderline corrupt. The managers got to decide how much "sales bonus" an individual should get as sales engineering was comp'd on the country number and not on the sales number of their respective account managers. This led to a lot of favoritism. Also, there were hardly any annual increments.

Company is very cool, products theoretically are very well designed, but it is very difficult to sell them due to a very low market share. Partners ecosystem is not well developed. Quota are too high compared to the reality of the market
