Greenfield territory managers will struggle in the OCI team. You'll need to be in the same greenfield territory with the same accounts for at least 2 years to start making any money. It takes time to build and nurture relationships to close deals of a strategic nature.

Been a BigRed for going on 7 years. This is a good company with plenty of horizontal opportunity. Great when you’re lucky enough to have the accounts who have made oracle central to their applications strategy.
