Utter chaos through the chain of command. FY25 was manageable. Tools that were relatively easy to use with a clear definition of what our role entails. With the start of the new fiscal, all hell has broken loose. Constant institution of new tools, added responsibility, and complete dysfunction throughout the company. Each day becomes progressively harder to endure as an SDR, and this sentiment would be shared by the majority of employees who take the floor everyday. I wish it would get better soon, but I don't believe it will.
