Positive overall experience at Oracle with great flexibility and work/life balance. Products are strong but can be expensive for many customers in current economic environment. Some teams and territories and much better than others. When promoted as an internal hire, compensation and OTE after the promotion tends to be lower than an outside hire in the same role.
