Current Employee My overall experience has been OK in such of a toxic work culture. Internal sales teams are not collaborative and tend to try to box you out. Reps in my role tend to do the heavy lifting and views and work put in tends to be ignored and unrecognized. They stress work life balance and transparency but implement change without strategy and adjust compensation throughout the year without reason. Good place to start and even if you are young 31 or below, you will likely not climb upwards to a field role given the tendency to hire externally.
