There is always restructuring yearly. If you have a strong business acumen and structured sales approach you will be successful but it can take time.

If you’re looking to make changes/improvements and help departments grow it’s a lost cause. Too many handcuffs and promotion raises are below standard. Majority of people leave and come back a few years later to see bigger pay bumps.
