Oracle is posted for a huge FY26. Being a market leader amongst some of the largest companies in the world (Microsoft, Google) creates excellent brand recognition. While deals can be complex, there is a massive opportunity to learn about how Enterprise selling works. Oracle is the only company in the world that is both an Enterprise Applications provider and a Technology provider. From Database, to OCI, to the LOB Applications, Oracle's Tech Stack allows companies leverage AI throughout the stack.

It’s very slow. The culture is okay, definitely not a selling point for recruiters though. Product market fit is there.

overall ok experinece, never met my manager after 1 year, inbound and lead support from marketing was almost non-existent, a lot of internal competition from other pillars.
