Most reps in Europe are far off from hitting targets. Most reps do 10-40% target achievement. Really depends on your patch and territory. If you have had a decent year it is very likely next 2 years will not be great. Oracle can afford to over hire and therefore reps are left with few good accounts. The CX cloud product was only realistically able to be sold to existing ERP customers. Even those customers rarely implemented the product, it was primarily shelf-ware. Support and expectations were rarely made clear. Majority of would-be selling time was spent on internal bickering between pillars.
