Salary became stagnant, and my organization's growth is starting to slow. Not many people on my team (and org) and hitting their quotas. Great company to begin your sales career at, and will learn/develop a ton in the beginning. my experience was great but the pay was pretty low compared to the large companies out there but the training and prep was all great along with the product market fit is great and all start makes sense
