The Oracle SDR program (applications) hides their super high turnover rate with a sign on bonus that must be payed back if you do not stay more than one year. Very few get promoted and that is after being in the position for over two years (they will lie about this). Management is awful and will try to quit so they can replace you. The program is going under the water and should be shut down.

Constant change in territories, leadership and commission structure. Additionally this year the compensation plan was not enticing compared to previous years even with a bump in base and OTE. It is hard to make money when you’ve made money here.
