The Oracle SDR program (applications) hides their super high turnover rate with a sign on bonus that must be payed back if you do not stay more than one year. Very few get promoted and that is after being in the position for over two years (they will lie about this). Management is awful and will try to quit so they can replace you. The program is going under the water and should be shut down.

Performance based culture typically with longer sales cycles in the Fusion ERP space, many competitors and lower percentage of sellers hit quota as not all territories are created equal. There is always restructuring yearly. If you have a strong business acumen and structured sales approach you will be successful but it can take time.
