But the mass disorganization at scale that happens and creates unnecessary barriers to the selling and buying process can get nearly unbearable at times. The quotas are not really backed in any form of reality, they have more than tripled since I got here but the compensation does not match if anything it has gotten worse.

At times the organization adapted to improve sales processes very well but other times upper management can be out of touch with the day to day of the ICs.
