My previous company was acquired by Oracle recently. My direct team lead and sales director are great but the rest of the leadership above them doesn't add anything. Products are mostly proprietary or have significant advantages over third party offerings. My sales role and most others simply sell to existing accounts with zero outbound prospecting which is lovely. Base salary is lower than the average but I have never struggled to hit my plan 6/6 years.

Before you apply here, know you might need a psych eval every quarter.. just to make sure you're not the crazy one, your manager is.
