Compensation plans, goals, and quotas don’t make sense for some territories. You either get lucky, or have an OTE that is unattainable.

Positive overall experience at Oracle with great flexibility and work/life balance. Products are strong but can be expensive for many customers in current economic environment. Some teams and territories and much better than others. When promoted as an internal hire, compensation and OTE after the promotion tends to be lower than an outside hire in the same role.

Oracle is on an upward trajectory. Room for growth across its business lines. The key to enjoying your time here is to align yourself with the products that customers want in your vertical. Having a good manager is key too since that can make or break your experience too. Typically people are friendly and willing to help.
