Former Employee3.1Jan 7, 2024My experience with Oracle wasn't great, from a sells perspective. The training you receive is second-to-none, but the sales culture is more "stab your partner in the back to win a deal". I had several deals stolen from me right before signature, because someone knew a higher VP and knew the internal politics. The pricing strategy was also flawed.
