The company has lost its way. Leadership is not strong. Sales ,CS,PS groups are not aligned. Tech market shrinking has hurt customer base. Limited upward career pathing. Execs refuse to acknowledge product market and sales challenges. Just get it done and faster attitude. Not that easy when you are in a niche space with strong competition.

Cool experience, but i had 3 managers in my 7 months. For several months i had no manager after onboarding.

Not a good time to join Outreach. My experience was a nightmare from day 1! They don't have a handle on the business and although the tool is amazing, it is not the market for it.
