Current Employee My overall experience was okay. The training was great for someone new to sales to learn sales methodology but the culture is based on performance solely. This is a pure hunter role. They claim to give you weekly leads but they are recycled and old after a while. You are competing with other departments. The recent segmentation of all level 1 reps to companies under 50 employees makes the sale very challenging. Oftentimes you are calling to companies with less than 5 employees. The product is very expensive and many customers are upset over the lack of customer service and resolving issues they are experiencing. I have seen posts on LinkedIn from customers unable to get a response to their problem. Overall, I do not recommend the HR services division but perhaps may find better success in another department.
