A lot changes. Elite reps make life changing money. Top reps make good money. Quota to above average makes ok money Below quota makes virtually nothing. Comp plan not very competitive outside of the unit bonus which is very difficult to hit the top bucket. President is extremely difficult to achieve.

Love the job and there are good opportunities. Seems there will be a lot of unwanted changes in compensation coming for entry level roles.

My overall experience hasn’t been very good. Upon hiring wasn’t really supported in learning processes as it applied to the virtual team. Was trained with field team despite a difference in approach and unique challenges faced in virtual environment. Not much technology provided in terms of outreach to prospects.
