Market leader in category. Solid history of growth and winning culture with some ebbs and flows. Text analytics is a big component of the value and feels like the whole category is in a bit of limbo on how to adapt with growth of AI LLMs. Feels possible that some big disruption is ahead that is giving customers pause.
