Former Employee2.6Jun 2, 2025It was good and then it started to decline and just become a yelling match. I would prefer to work elsewhere as the company had made bad decisions In the past which are now effecting the way we sell today. Pipeline has dried up and sales tactics are needing to change. There is a good work life balance at QuickBase however a lot of stress is creeping in.

Former Employee2.7Jun 7, 2024I had a good overall experience. It was my first tech sales job and I felt like I learned a lot in the role. The development could have been a little better, but the overall culture was great. Great people.

Former Employee2.4Apr 24, 2024The sales org changes continuously. Though there has been opportunity to be promoted within, the raises are small and virtually non-negotiable, with compensation far below market. I left prior to their first lay-off just last summer, but colleagues have told me morale has gone down (and of course quotas up) since.
