Most impressed by the sales leadership teach (a lot of ex-MongoDB, AppDynamics, etc) who have a keen understanding of how to get this company to the next level. Product is well loved, teams are hard-working and leadership has the vision. Great place to be.

New leadership, new enablement team (akin to MongoDB), new updates to Redis, and a forward-looking path to IPO within 1-2 years. Great time to join and make an impact on a rising company!

The new management is focused on landing new logos and not much focus on serving customers. The Sales Ops, Finance and Deal desk team are aligned with sales goals and are extremely unhelpful.
