My experience at RingCentral has been positive, the product is create and they are constantly adding to the portfolio to stay ahead. The culture/people make RingCentral a fun place to work! There is a ton of change and you need to be able to adapt to the change. With the change sometimes comes unrealistic expectations from leadership with selling new products.

RingCentral has fallen from being a place I used to love to being a place that everyone is trying to get out of quickly. Leadership severely lacks in communication and vision. Generally good experience but the compensation plan recently changed and it is absolutely brutal. Leadership change has changed the way a once great company used to operate.
