Base pay is good, leadership is not. Comp changes set it up where you work hard but are not rewarded for your efforts. The company is playing catch-up with its competitors.

RingCentral is honestly falling apart at the seams. When I started almost 3 years ago, it was such a great place to be a part of. Field sales expansion is probably the worst hit org in the company right now. Embarrassing comp plan, unattainable quotas, extreme expectations, not set up for success.

RingCentral is a great organization. They’ve been around a long time but recently became very innovative w/ a lot of value to offer clients. Almost feels like working for a startup (a giant startup). Challenging but rewarding experience.

RingCentral is going downhill because of the crazy toxic sales culture. The forced RTO with 4 days a week is also ridiculous considering we sell software to enable remote work.
