Used to be great but new leadership/changes that happened earlier this year made it next to impossible to hit quota. As an Expansion Sales Rep all we want is to hit quota.

The culture has been completely destroyed as a lot of execs have been brought over from AT&T. They keep asking more and more and curbing quota attainment, we only receive partial credit for deals.
