My overall experience was not the greatest. Rippling has an extremely toxic culture where favoritism is very apparent. The AM team is extremely overworked and the pay is terrible compared to other roles in the market. The only good thing Rippling has going for them is the product and even then it's buggy and as an AM you are more than often dealing with client escalations versus anything proactive. I would be extremely cautious of your mental health if you decide to take a job at Rippling.

Sales team is absurdly kind and focused on your growth. Quota is attainable and resources are everywhere.
