Rippling is great. Sometimes it seems though leadership is out of touch with regards to the quota and don't adjust when the team is largely not hitting their quota.

My overall experience was not the greatest. Rippling has an extremely toxic culture where favoritism is very apparent. The AM team is extremely overworked and the pay is terrible compared to other roles in the market. Without a doubt one of the most high pressure roles you could sign up for. This is not the entire sales org, but enough of it. My specific director is outright cruel, belittling and talking down to reps

Hit quota or be out on a plan. Expect to work extra hours to do so. Processes change every month. Tough role to take on long term. Lots of shifts in your book.
