Overall this is a demanding role, must be willing to work extremely hard in a (not just buzzword) fast paced environment. Need to balance the transactional sell with highly complex strategic deals.

Management constantly changes KPIs that reps aren’t even hitting. Leadership has no clue what they are doing so their decisions hurt reps. Quota was recently increased while 20% of people were hitting. Pay is really good when you actually hit. Product is good but the SDR org is severely failing

Great competitive pay company. Just wish there was more benefits considering the size of the company. Managers are mostly good but I would prefer less meetings day to day.
