Last 2 years were awesome. High-targets but lot of upside potential if you achieved (accelerators). Able to maintain a good WLB. Pledge to flex. In 2024, leadership is slashing costs. Quota have been set to be unattainable, compensation structure has been changed to be less advantageous (still accelerators though) and territory are absolutely ridiculous. Expect to work 60h+/week to keep same pay as before

SAP has come market leading products and is well positioned for large, established companies. The leadership and direction of the company is questionable at best. Over the past 3 years of being here, there have been multiple rounds of large layoffs, with more on the horizon.

Comp is getting worse every year. They've been lowering quota accelerators every year for 3 years now, while increasing quotas 40-80% YoY.
