Product is good but senior leadership seems to be a little out of touch with industry analysts. No inbound lead flow at all and marketing is way out of touch with reality. A bit too much Oracle attitude and feeling of arrogance at the top. Used to have a great culture but that seems to going away.

Good culture here although not a ton of folks are hitting quota in the mid-market space. I have found this to be the most positive sales org I've worked for.
