The company is really focussed on the product development . The company needs to start building features which make very serious differentiation with the near competition. India as a market is still not ready for a solution and premium technology like SailPoint. It will take time for market to mature. It is thus difficult for the sales person to meet number and make incentives at least in the first year.

When I joined five years ago, the culture was strong, the comp plan was fair and aggressive, and management was supportive. Over the last four and a half years, things have steadily declined.
